Agreement
By using this website, joining the waitlist or using Salesmova, you agree to these terms. If you use Salesmova on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for it.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create an account or guarantee access by a particular date. We'll invite waitlist members as early access opens.
Your account
Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You must not use Salesmova to:
- Send spam or messages to people who haven't agreed to hear from you.
- Break the law, including consumer protection, data protection and messaging rules.
- Break the policies of the channels you connect, including WhatsApp's business and commerce policies.
- Interfere with or try to gain unauthorised access to the service.
Your data
You own the contact data you add to Salesmova. You're responsible for having the right to collect it and contact the people in it. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Fees
Paid plans and communication credits are billed as described on our pricing page and in our Payment & Refund Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Salesmova available and may improve or change features over time. We'll give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect you.
Liability
Salesmova is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using Salesmova at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
