Pricing
Salesmova pricing will be published before launch. All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise, and include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout.
How payments work
Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Salesmova does not store your full card details.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your billing settings, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Communication credits
Communication credits for WhatsApp, email and SMS are prepaid and used as messages are sent. Unused credits remain on your account while it is active.
Refunds
- If you're charged in error or twice for the same thing, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund the incorrect charge.
- Subscription fees for a billing period that has started are not refundable, except where required by law.
- Communication credits that have been used are not refundable.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll let you know and retry. If it still can't be collected, paid features may be paused until payment is made.
